We came here on a Saturday for our 23rd anniversary for brunch. We had meant to come here for some time.
We sat at the bar because there was a wait for tables.
The brunch menu is quite large all priced at 20.99 with complimentary champagne up to 4 glasses!!! 4 well filled glasses!
They first serve you fruit and muffins- yummy muffins.
I had the crab and shrimp and asparagus benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached and the hollandaise was so good and I am picky! The plate was so pretty.. See pic
My husband had country fried steak, it was also perfect.
With so many choices on the menu I see us coming back many times.
Next time I think I will try the salmon benedict and he wants to try the country fried pork chop.
And then the time after that will try something crazy different as their take on brunch is so fun and fancy!
They also have live music on Thursday night on the patio and dinner looks just as amazing!
Definitely recommend!!
See ya there!! -

It had been a while since visiting Cast Iron Grill. And now I remember why. The first round of Martinis were ok even after the server acknowledged it was Martini Monday. However, she failed to remind us it was "well" martinis and Absolute was not a selection. Then the second round were "Dirty" when we never asked them to be made dirty!
The "Special" of the evening looked "slopped" together. Obviously presentation is not apart of their norm. The server even asked how Inwoild like the beef cooked. I said "medium rare". The beef came well done! The side order of zucchini was terribly over-done and mushy.
I will not comment on the "old appearing" dessert item.
My Brother's dinner selection was equally appalling!
Needless to say I will not return to this establishment. Better dinners are to be had at Jack-In-The-Box! I do not recommend this place! -

My wife and I came here last night (Saturday) around 7pm for dinner. The restaurant wasn't busy and we were seated right away. The service was ok and the food was good.
We order drinks(water and beer/mix drinks) and appetizers. When our server returned with water, he took our meal orders. We go our appetizers in a timely manner. However, after 5 minutes, our dinner came. We should've waited a little longer before ordering our dinner. We wanted to enjoy the appetizers without our dinner getting cold. I suggest ordering your dinner after you received your appetizers.
Our only issue was we asked for ranch for the wings and it never came. And we've had to ask twice for everything we originally asked for.
As for the food, we ordered chicken wings, pork chops and the tri-tip. Everything was good. The pork chop was juicy and soft. It was cook perfectly. The tri-tip was also well cooked. Soft and tasty. Both were served with mash potatoes and veggies.
Parking wasn't a problem. We thought it would be with all the other restaurants around. It was a quiet night in that area. Plenty of parking spaces. We've been in this area before and it can get busy. -

A bar and grill Downtown Suisun with a great patio dining area overlooking the big fireplace. In the evening it gets windy so we sat at the bar. There is a bar bites menu and the full menu available at the bar. We ordered the prawns and polenta and bbq ribs off the bar menu along with oyster shooters with vodka. Their beer selection is limited but they did have one beer from the local brewery on tap. The food came out in no time. The oysters I swear are canned but they said they come fresh from Oregon. It wasn't good. The bbq ribs were just boiled ribs doused with bottle of bbq sauce. No flavor. The prawns and polenta was really good and reminded me of New Orleans. Overall, service was great, venue is okay but the food is lacking.

I have eaten at Cast Iron Grill many times. Overall I like this place and will continue eating here but I will never come here with a large group again. I could write about every experience i've had but I am not. After my last group visit here I found out from an employee that the 18% gratuity does not go to the employees but to the business for setting up. When some people see this 18% on the bill they assume that their server will be taken care of. I always try to leave a little something extra but thought I was being nice, not cheating the person that's working.
The food here is pretty good and my favorite time to visit is for brunch. Costco has gift cards(that makes it even better) One price for a list of options to choose from with bottomless champagne or cider. Orange juice is an additional charge but worth ordering in my opinion. I prefer a mimosa.
